At daryā, product safety and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. As our products are cosmetics and personal care items, this policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.
7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Approval
- All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.
- Unauthorized returns may be rejected and not refunded.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at love@bydaryabeauty.com with clear photos.
- Claims without clear photo evidence within this timeframe may be declined.
- Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement or refund, where applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
Important:
- Returned packages are non-refundable unless approved upon inspection.
- If a return does not meet our eligibility criteria, no refund will be issued.
Customs, Duties & International Orders
- Customers are fully responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and handling charges imposed by their country.
- These charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Important:
- If a customer refuses to pay customs fees or required charges, the order will not be refunded.
- Once a package reaches the destination country, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.
- Any package that is unclaimed, abandoned, or left at customs or with a courier is not eligible for a refund.
- Orders returned due to unpaid fees, refusal, or abandonment are non-refundable.
Orders shipped outside our official delivery network may be declined.
Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for a refund.
- Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different product, please place a new order once your return is approved.
Final Sale
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Promotional items
- Bundles and gift sets
- Limited-edition drops

Results for hair, lash, and brow products may vary. No guaranteed outcomes are promised.
Allergies & Sensitivities:
All ingredients are listed on product packaging and our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing them before use. daryā is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or irritation.
Proper Use:
Products must be used as directed. We are not responsible for results caused by misuse or combining with other treatments.
Customs & Delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs inspections, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
Loss or Theft:
Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the courier, daryā is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
