Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Please note that processing and shipping timelines may also be affected by public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable and trackable shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (after dispatch)
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (after dispatch)
International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by daryā.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the package will be returned to us. Once received, a refund will be issued for the product amount only. Please note that original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any additional charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to understand any potential charges.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. daryā is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Force Majeure
daryā shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions in transportation or logistics networks.
In such cases, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will make every reasonable effort to resume normal operations as soon as possible and keep customers informed where applicable.
